Add the flour and chocolate chips and mix until combined.
Press mixture into a greased 8x8 pan. Drop Nutella in spoonfuls on top of dough. Use a fork to swirl the Nutella into the dough until it covers the top.
Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting.
