Corn Casserole

Serves: 10-12 servings
Ingredients
  • 1 (17 oz) can cream style corn
  • 1 (17 oz) can whole kernel corn
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • pepper
  • ½ cup corn muffin mix
  • 1 small can French fried onions
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
  1. Mix both cans corn, eggs, salt, pepper, and corn muffin mix. Place in a greased 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle onions on top. Spread sour cream over that, then top with cheddar cheese. Bake in a 400 oven for 30 min. or until hot and bubbly.
