½ red apple keep the skin on, cut into ¼ inch slices
4 small flour quesadillas
½ wedge of brie
drizzle of honey
olive oil or butter
Instructions
Heat the olive oil or butter in a small pan over medium high heat. Add the tortilla and layer on the slices of brie and the apples. Add a drizzle of honey and the top tortilla. Push down with a spatula. Cover the pan with a lid to help the cheese the melt faster without burning the quesadilla. After a few minutes, flip over and cook a few more minutes until the cheese is fully melted. Cut into wedges and serve immediately. Enjoy!
